Our Stained Glass Windows

SG-Sanctuary

Dedicated in 1899 on a hilltop overlooking the Indian River in Jensen Beach, Florida, All Saints’ Episcopal Church still serves a worshiping congregation. Our historic church building and cemetery stand as a testimony to the life and times of local families from the 1890s to the 21st Century.

SG-TrumpetsThroughout the church antique stained-glass windows and memorials, representing the joys and sorrows of these worshiping families, offer a beautiful legacy shared by all. The first stained glass window was installed around 1924 and the collection has grown ever since, with the most recent piece added to the sacristy door in 2016.

These stained glass windows and memorials are a rare depiction of Florida history in an inspirational setting. We enjoy the beauty given by those who came before us, and preserved for generations to come.

Windows_Memorials_and_More_grandeOur church historian, Joyce A. Fletcher Menard, has written an illuminating book – Windows, Memorials, and More – that tells the story of each stained glass window. This book is a perfect memento for visitors to our church, or a gift for members to send to family and friends.

All proceeds from the sale of Joyce’s book go to the many outreach ministries of All Saints’ Episcopal Church. Windows, Memorials, and More is available in softcover and e-book format from Virtualbookworm.com, Amazon.com, Barnesandnoble.com and numerous other online sites.
